Your Side helps more people to achieve their goals in the areas of home, health and independence by building safe, inclusive and connected communities, in Sydney and beyond.


Your Side supports people to live independently in the community by delivering tailored packages of support through Home Care Packages, NDIS and Carer Gateway. Our clients include older people, people with disabilities, people experiencing mental or physical illness, and the friends and families who care for them.


Over 30 years, we have helped more than 500,000 people enjoy greater choice, independence and wellbeing.


Q: What services does 'Your Side' provide?


At Your Side, we are a leading provider of support for people living with a disability or mental illness, older Australians, and those that care for them. We’re an NDIS, and Aged Care Registered Provider based in Sydney.

Q: How do you work with the NDIS to assist your clients?


We have a unique model we call Total Care - this means you have a named customer care consultant who is your contact, and gets to know you and your situation. They then help you to choose the most suitable services from our quality network of partners. This gives you unrivalled choice and control to find the best match and tailored services for you.


Our clients tell us our service reduces their mental load because our NDIS Care Consultants helps to track, arrange, and rearrange services and can handle everything from cleaning to community access, personal care, and allied health. It’s a one stop shop, and you know your contact by name, leaving you to get on with living life, not arranging care.


Q: What was the founder’s catalyst for the start of 'Your Side'?


Your Side began 30 years ago as an organisation that delivered training and support to other community care organisations. We still deliver training and communities of practice in the sector. When we began frontline service delivery at the start of NDIS, we built on this history and strength by bringing together a range of specialist, quality frontline partners so that participants could access all the sector’s range of expertise via a relationship with one care consultant.


Q: What is 'Your Side’s' important differentiating factors for people requiring care and support services.


We want to know what your NDIS looks like - we’re here to listen. Our NDIS experts can help you get the most from your package, by recommending a range of supports that fit your package, then once you’ve chosen, helping you manage that team of supports. You will get to know us on a first-name basis - Your Side, Your NDIS team.


This leaves you to live the life you choose and do the things you love with all of the support you need.


Q: How do you see 'Your Side' care and support services further developing into the future?


Your Side will keep building services fit for the future. There’s always more to do.


Right now we are working hard on with our partner network so participants can access specialist support. For example – delivering information and coordinating services in a preferred language, culturally safe services for Aboriginal people, or delivering services and supports that meet the needs of key communities like LGBTQIA+. This also includes specialist support for mental health and psycho social disabilities.


We are also working hard on providing integrated services, for example referring carers of our participants to complementary programs like Carer Gateway, or local health services.


Q: If you were to describe 'Your Sides' mission what would it be?


That every life can be a good one. We are focused on delivering safe, quality and inclusive care in the community, at home, and online. Your Side reduce the burden of coordinating care by helping you choose and manage your NDIS team of supports, then arranging them.

Don’t forget carers, they can get support through Carer Gateway. Getting help early can make a big difference to your life by helping to reduce emotional and physical strain, and improving your overall health and wellbeing.


Call 1800 422 737 Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, you can talk to a Carer Gateway service provider who will help you access services and support.


Carer Gateway also offers a national website at carergateway.gov.au where you can find online support and information.
